FeesOur fees are solely contingent on refundable amounts evolved and recovered as a result of our examination procedures The actual fee amounts equate to an agreed percentage of: (A) monies refunded directly by the State of Texas to our clients as a result of our efforts, (B) monies refunded directly by overpaid vendors (C) evolved allowable reductions allowed against tax liabilities by the State of Texas through corporate record accounting procedures. All expenses are our own. Travel, equipment and other expenses are paid by Sales Tax Consultants of Texas, Inc. from fees earned.
